Psalms 50:15

²⁸Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, and he brings them out of their distress.

¹⁵He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him.

³Oh magnify the LORD with me. Let’s exalt his name together. ⁴I sought the LORD, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.

¹⁹Then they cry to the LORD in their trouble, and he saves them out of their distresses.

⁹I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, ‘It is my people;’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’”

⁷You called in trouble, and I delivered you. I answered you in the secret place of thunder. I tested you at the waters of Meribah.” Selah.

^13[+] Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises.

⁶Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he delivered them out of their distresses. ⁷He led them also by a straight way, that they might go to a city to live in. ⁸Let them praise the LORD for his loving kindness, for his wonderful deeds to the children of men! ⁹For he satisfies the longing soul. He fills the hungry soul with good. ¹⁰Some sat in darkness and in the shadow of death, being bound in affliction and iron, ¹¹because they rebelled against the words of God, ^[+] and condemned the counsel of the Most High. ¹²Therefore he brought down their heart with labor. They fell down, and there was no one to help. ¹³Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them out of their distresses.

²⁷You will make your prayer to him, and he will hear you. You will pay your vows.

⁴⁴Being in agony, he prayed more earnestly. His sweat became like great drops of blood falling down on the ground.
