Psalms 35:9

¹⁰I will greatly rejoice in the LORD! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

⁴⁶Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord. ⁴⁷My spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior,

¹⁰The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance. He shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked, ¹¹so that men shall say, “Most certainly there is a reward for the righteous. Most certainly there is a God who judges the earth.”

¹¹Let Mount Zion be glad! Let the daughters of Judah rejoice because of your judgments.

¹⁴that I may show all of your praise. I will rejoice in your salvation in the gates of the daughter of Zion.

¹Finally, my brothers, rejoice in the Lord! To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not tiresome, but for you it is safe.

²Beware of the dogs; beware of the evil workers; beware of the false circumcision. ³For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh;

²¹For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.

¹⁸yet I will rejoice in the LORD. I will be joyful in the God of my salvation!

¹Let God arise! Let his enemies be scattered! Let them who hate him also flee before him. ²As smoke is driven away, so drive them away. As wax melts before the fire, so let the wicked perish at the presence of God. ³But let the righteous be glad. Let them rejoice before God. Yes, let them rejoice with gladness.

¹Hannah prayed, and said, “My heart exults in the LORD! My horn is exalted in the LORD. My mouth is enlarged over my enemies, because I rejoice in your salvation.
