Habakkuk 3:18

¹⁵Behold, he will kill me. I have no hope. Nevertheless, I will maintain my ways before him.

⁴Rejoice in the Lord always! Again I will say, “Rejoice!”

⁷But as for me, I will look to the LORD. I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.

¹⁰I will greatly rejoice in the LORD! My soul will be joyful in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation. He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.

²Behold, God is my salvation. I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD,^[+] the LORD,^[+] is my strength and song; and he has become my salvation.”

²through whom we also have our access by faith into this grace in which we stand. We rejoice in hope of the glory of God. ³Not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance;

⁵Guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation. I wait for you all day long.

¹God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. ²Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; ³though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah. ⁴There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High. ⁵God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn.

⁸whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory,

⁴⁶Mary said, “My soul magnifies the Lord. ⁴⁷My spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior,
