Psalms 115:16

⁶You make him ruler over the works of your hands. You have put all things under his feet:

¹¹The heavens are yours. The earth also is yours, the world and its fullness. You have founded them.

²⁸God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” ²⁹God said, “Behold, ^[+] I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree, which bears fruit yielding seed. It will be your food. ³⁰To every animal of the earth, and to every bird of the sky, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food;” and it was so.

⁵‘I have made the earth, the men, and the animals that are on the surface of the earth by my great power and by my outstretched arm. I give it to whom it seems right to me. ⁶Now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant. I have also given the animals of the field to him to serve him.

¹God blessed Noah and his sons, and said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth. ²The fear of you and the dread of you will be on every animal of the earth, and on every bird of the sky. Everything that moves along the ground, and all the fish of the sea, are delivered into your hand. ³Every moving thing that lives will be food for you. As I gave you the green herb, I have given everything to you.

⁸When the Most High gave to the nations their inheritance, when he separated the children of men, he set the bounds of the peoples according to the number of the children of Israel.

⁵Part your heavens, LORD, and come down. Touch the mountains, and they will smoke.

¹The LORD says: “Heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool. What kind of house will you build to me? Where will I rest?

⁴Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens.

⁶⁶You will pursue them in anger, and destroy them from under the heavens of the LORD.
