Psalms 8:6

²⁸God blessed them. God said to them, “Be fruitful, multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”

²⁶God said, “Let’s make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the livestock, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”

^8[+] You have put all things in subjection under his feet.”For in that he subjected all things to him, he left nothing that is not subject to him. But now we don’t yet see all things subjected to him.

¹⁸Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.

²²He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly,

²The fear of you and the dread of you will be on every animal of the earth, and on every bird of the sky. Everything that moves along the ground, and all the fish of the sea, are delivered into your hand.

¹The LORD says to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool for your feet.”

²²who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, angels and authorities and powers being made subject to him.

²⁴Then the end comes, when he will deliver up the Kingdom to God the Father, when he will have abolished all rule and all authority and power. ²⁵For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. ²⁶The last enemy that will be abolished is death. ²⁷For, “He put all things in subjection under his feet.”But when he says, “All things are put in subjection”, it is evident that he is excepted who subjected all things to him.

²has at the end of these days spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds.
