John 17:11

⁹Pray like this: “‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.

¹⁰The LORD’s name is a strong tower: the righteous run to him, and are safe.

¹²While I was with them in the world, I kept them in your name. I have kept those whom you have given me. None of them is lost except the son of destruction, that the Scripture might be fulfilled. ¹³But now I come to you, and I say these things in the world, that they may have my joy made full in themselves. ¹⁴I have given them your word. The world hated them because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. ¹⁵I pray not that you would take them from the world, but that you would keep them from the evil one. ¹⁶They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. ¹⁷Sanctify them in your truth. Your word is truth.¹⁸As you sent me into the world, even so I have sent them into the world.

²⁴For Christ hasn’t entered into holy places made with hands, which are representations of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

²¹that they may all be one; even as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be one in us; that the world may believe that you sent me. ²²The glory which you have given me, I have given to them, that they may be one, even as we are one,

²⁹My Father who has given them to me is greater than all. No one is able to snatch them out of my Father’s hand. ³⁰I and the Father are one.”

⁴There is one body and one Spirit, even as you also were called in one hope of your calling,

⁹Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name,

²⁰In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you.

¹Now before the feast of the Passover, Jesus, knowing that his time had come that he would depart from this world to the Father, having loved his own who were in the world, he loved them to the end.
