Daniel 2:20

²Blessed be the LORD’s name, from this time forward and forever more.

¹I will exalt you, my God, the King. I will praise your name forever and ever. ²Every day I will praise you. I will extol your name forever and ever.

¹²saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!”

¹³“With God is wisdom and might. He has counsel and understanding.

¹⁹great in counsel, and mighty in work; whose eyes are open to all the ways of the children of men, to give everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings;

⁵Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.

²¹He changes the times and the seasons. He removes kings and sets up kings. He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to those who have understanding. ²²He reveals the deep and secret things. He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. ²³I thank you and praise you, O God of my fathers, who have given me wisdom and might, and have now made known to me what we desired of you; for you have made known to us the king’s matter.”

²⁴Now to him who is able to keep them^[+] from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

¹⁶With him is strength and wisdom. The deceived and the deceiver are his. ¹⁷He leads counselors away stripped. He makes judges fools. ¹⁸He loosens the bond of kings. He binds their waist with a belt. ¹⁹He leads priests away stripped, and overthrows the mighty. ²⁰He removes the speech of those who are trusted, and takes away the understanding of the elders. ²¹He pours contempt on princes, and loosens the belt of the strong. ²²He uncovers deep things out of darkness, and brings out to light the shadow of death.

¹⁸but we will bless the LORD,^[+] from this time forward and forever more. Praise the LORD!
