1 Thessalonians 3:11

⁵Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. ⁶In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

³²For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

¹⁶Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who loved us and gave us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,

³²“Don’t be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

¹³to the end he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.

²⁶See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?

⁵May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and into the perseverance of Christ.

³the voice of one crying in the wilderness, ‘Make ready the way of the Lord! Make his paths straight!’”

⁶“A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If I am a father, then where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is the respect due me?” says the LORD of Armies to you priests who despise my name. “You say, ‘How have we despised your name?’

¹See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God! For this cause the world doesn’t know us, because it didn’t know him.
