Song of Solomon 6:1

⁸If you don’t know, most beautiful among women, follow the tracks of the sheep. Graze your young goats beside the shepherds’ tents.

⁹How is your beloved better than another beloved, you fairest among women? How is your beloved better than another beloved, that you do so adjure us?

⁸You hope of Israel, its Savior in the time of trouble, why should you be as a foreigner in the land, and as a wayfaring man who turns aside to stay for a night?

¹²May the LORD repay your work, and a full reward be given to you from the LORD, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge.”

¹⁶Ruth said, “Don’t urge me to leave you, and to return from following you, for where you go, I will go; and where you stay, I will stay. Your people will be my people, and your God ^[+] my God. ¹⁷Where you die, I will die, and there I will be buried. May the LORD do so to me, and more also, if anything but death parts you and me.”

⁹My dove, my perfect one, is unique. She is her mother’s only daughter. She is the favorite one of her who bore her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed. The queens and the concubines saw her, and they praised her. ¹⁰Who is she who looks out as the morning, beautiful as the moon, clear as the sun, and awesome as an army with banners?

⁵House of Jacob, come, and let’s walk in the light of the LORD.

⁴Take me away with you. Let’s hurry. The king has brought me into his rooms. Friends We will be glad and rejoice in you. We will praise your love more than wine! Beloved They are right to love you.

⁴You are beautiful, my love, as Tirzah, lovely as Jerusalem, awesome as an army with banners.

²As a lily among thorns, so is my love among the daughters.
