Romans 3:10

¹The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity. There is no one who does good. ²God looks down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there are any who understood, who seek after God. ³Every one of them has gone back. They have become filthy together. There is no one who does good, no, not one.

²³for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;

⁸If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. ⁹If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ¹⁰If we say that we haven’t sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

¹⁴What is man, that he should be clean? What is he who is born of a woman, that he should be righteous?

⁴How then can man be just with God? Or how can he who is born of a woman be clean?

²¹For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts, ²²covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.

¹⁸Jesus said to him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good except one—God.

¹⁹For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.

³For we were also once foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, and hating one another.
