Psalms 9:13

¹³Have mercy on me, LORD. See my affliction by those who hate me, and lift me up from the gates of death,

¹³Have mercy^[+] upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer of them that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

¹³Be merciful to me, O LORD; see how my enemies afflict me! Lift me up from the gates of death,

¹³Be gracious to me, Lord! Look at how my enemies are persecuting me! Grab me back from the gates of death,

³LORD, you have brought up my soul from Sheol.You ^[+] have kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

³Behold, and answer me, LORD, my God. Give light to my eyes, lest I sleep in death;

¹⁰I said, “In the middle of my life I go into the gates of Sheol.^[+] I am deprived of the residue of my years.”

¹³For your loving kindness is great toward me. You have delivered my soul from the lowest Sheol.

¹³²Turn to me, and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name.

¹⁹Consider my enemies, for they are many. They hate me with cruel hatred.

⁶Listen to my cry, for I am in desperate need. Deliver me from my persecutors, for they are too strong for me.

¹⁵³Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your law.

¹⁹But my enemies are vigorous and many. Those who hate me without reason are numerous.

¹⁸Their soul abhors all kinds of food. They draw near to the gates of death.
