Psalms 4:7

³You have multiplied the nation. You have increased their joy. They rejoice before you according to the joy in harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the plunder.

²So I have seen you in the sanctuary, watching your power and your glory. ³Because your loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise you. ⁴So I will bless you while I live. I will lift up my hands in your name. ⁵My soul shall be satisfied as with the richest food. My mouth shall praise you with joyful lips,

⁴Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

⁴Then I will go to the altar of God, to God, my exceeding joy. I will praise you on the harp, God, my God.

⁴For you, LORD, have made me glad through your work. I will triumph in the works of your hands.

¹⁷Yet he didn’t leave himself without witness, in that he did good and gave you^[+] rains from the sky and fruitful seasons, filling our hearts with food and gladness.”

²⁷They went out into the field, harvested their vineyards, trod the grapes, celebrated, and went into the house of their god and ate and drank, and cursed Abimelech.

³³Gladness and joy is taken away from the fruitful field and from the land of Moab. I have caused wine to cease from the wine presses. No one will tread with shouting. The shouting will be no shouting.

⁴Take me away with you. Let’s hurry. The king has brought me into his rooms. Friends We will be glad and rejoice in you. We will praise your love more than wine! Beloved They are right to love you.

⁸whom, not having known, you love. In him, though now you don’t see him, yet believing, you rejoice greatly with joy that is unspeakable and full of glory,
