Psalms 33:19

¹⁹They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.

³The LORD will not allow the soul of the righteous to go hungry, but he thrusts away the desire of the wicked.

¹⁹He will deliver you in six troubles; yes, in seven no evil will touch you. ²⁰In famine he will redeem you from death; in war, from the power of the sword. ²¹You will be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, neither will you be afraid of destruction when it comes. ²²You will laugh at destruction and famine, neither will you be afraid of the animals of the earth.

³¹“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ ³²For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. ³³But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

²⁸I give eternal life to them. They will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand.

¹⁶he will dwell on high. His place of defense will be the fortress of rocks. His bread will be supplied. His waters will be sure.

³For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. ⁴He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. ⁵You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, ⁶nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday. ⁷A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.

³Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture.

¹⁰no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.

¹¹When Peter had come to himself, he said, “Now I truly know that the Lord has sent out his angel and delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from everything the Jewish people were expecting.”
