Psalms 102:25

¹In the beginning, God ^[+] created the heavens and the earth.

¹¹for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day; therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and made it holy.

¹⁰And, “You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands. ¹¹They will perish, but you continue. They all will grow old like a garment does. ¹²You will roll them up like a mantle, and they will be changed; but you are the same. Your years won’t fail.”

¹⁷“Ah Lord GOD! Behold, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for you.

³For he has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses, because he who built the house has more honor than the house. ⁴For every house is built by someone; but he who built all things is God.

¹The heavens, the earth, and all their vast array were finished.

²³I was set up from everlasting, from the beginning, before the earth existed. ²⁴When there were no depths, I was born, when there were no springs abounding with water. ²⁵Before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was born; ²⁶while as yet he had not made the earth, nor the fields, nor the beginning of the dust of the world. ²⁷When he established the heavens, I was there. When he set a circle on the surface of the deep, ²⁸when he established the clouds above, when the springs of the deep became strong, ²⁹when he gave to the sea its boundary, that the waters should not violate his commandment, when he marked out the foundations of the earth, ³⁰then I was the craftsman by his side. I was a delight day by day, always rejoicing before him, ³¹rejoicing in his whole world. My delight was with the sons of men. ³²“Now therefore, my sons, listen to me, for blessed are those who keep my ways. ³³Hear instruction, and be wise. Don’t refuse it. ³⁴Blessed is the man who hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at my door posts. ³⁵For whoever finds me finds life, and will obtain favor from the LORD. ³⁶But he who sins against me wrongs his own soul. All those who hate me love death.”

⁵For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the LORD made the heavens.

⁴“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding. ⁵Who determined its measures, if you know? Or who stretched the line on it? ⁶What were its foundations fastened on? Or who laid its cornerstone, ⁷when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy?
