Proverbs 8:10

⁴if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; ⁵then you will understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God.

¹²⁷Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, yes, more than pure gold.

²³Buy the truth, and don’t sell it. Get wisdom, discipline, and understanding.

¹³Happy is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gets understanding. ¹⁴For her good profit is better than getting silver, and her return is better than fine gold. ¹⁵She is more precious than rubies. None of the things you can desire are to be compared to her.

⁶But Peter said, “I have no silver or gold, but what I have, that I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, get up and walk!”

¹¹Wisdom is as good as an inheritance. Yes, it is more excellent for those who see the sun.

²⁰The tongue of the righteous is like choice silver. The heart of the wicked is of little worth.

¹⁶How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! Yes, to get understanding is to be chosen rather than silver.

¹⁶²I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.
