John 7:5

²¹When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him; for they said, “He is insane.”

¹¹He came to his own, and those who were his own didn’t receive him. ¹²But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name: ¹³who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

⁵Don’t trust in a neighbor. Don’t put confidence in a friend. With the woman lying in your embrace, be careful of the words of your mouth! ⁶For the son dishonors the father, the daughter rises up against her mother, the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law; a man’s enemies are the men of his own house.

³His brothers therefore said to him, “Depart from here and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works which you do.

¹⁰But when his brothers had gone up to the feast, then he also went up, not publicly, but as it were in secret.
