John 7:10

¹⁶“Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

¹³Therefore a prudent person keeps silent in such a time, for it is an evil time.

²He will not shout, nor raise his voice, nor cause it to be heard in the street. ³He won’t break a bruised reed. He won’t quench a dimly burning wick. He will faithfully bring justice.

⁵⁴Jesus therefore walked no more openly among the Jews, but departed from there into the country near the wilderness, to a city called Ephraim. He stayed there with his disciples.

³His brothers therefore said to him, “Depart from here and go into Judea, that your disciples also may see your works which you do.

⁸I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”

¹⁵But Jesus, answering, said to him, “Allow it now, for this is the fitting way for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he allowed him.

⁴But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law,

⁵For even his brothers didn’t believe in him.

⁸LORD, I love the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells.
