Genesis 22:4

⁴that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,

³²He said to them, “Go and tell that fox, ‘Behold, I cast out demons and perform cures today and tomorrow, and the third day I complete my mission.

²³and they will kill him, and the third day he will be raised up.” They were exceedingly sorry.

²After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.

¹Now on the third day, Esther put on her royal clothing and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, next to the king’s house. The king sat on his royal throne in the royal house, next to the entrance of the house.

¹³Then David went over to the other side, and stood on the top of the mountain far away, a great space being between them;

⁵“Turn back, and tell Hezekiah the prince of my people, ‘The LORD, the God of David your father, says, “I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Behold, I will heal you. On the third day, you will go up to the LORD’s house.

¹²He shall purify himself with water on the third day, and on the seventh day he shall be clean; but if he doesn’t purify himself the third day, then the seventh day he shall not be clean.

¹⁷but what remains of the meat of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burned with fire.

¹⁹“Encamp outside of the camp for seven days. Whoever has killed any person, and whoever has touched any slain, purify yourselves on the third day and on the seventh day, you and your captives.
