Ezekiel 33:16

²⁵I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.

²²None of his transgressions that he has committed will be remembered against him. In his righteousness that he has done, he shall live.

¹⁸Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn’t retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness. ¹⁹He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

²²I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.

¹⁸“Come now, and let’s reason together,” says the LORD: “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

¹⁶The gift is not as through one who sinned; for the judgment came by one to condemnation, but the free gift followed many trespasses to justification.

¹My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. If anyone sins, we have a Counselor^[+] with the Father, Jesus Christ, the righteous. ²And he is the atoning sacrifice^[+] for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world. ³This is how we know that we know him: if we keep his commandments.

²¹that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
