Exodus 12:14

²¹The king commanded all the people, saying, “Keep the Passover to the LORD your God, as it is written in this book of the covenant.”

²⁴You shall observe this thing for an ordinance to you and to your sons forever.

⁹It shall be for a sign to you on your hand, and for a memorial between your eyes, that the LORD’s law may be in your mouth; for with a strong hand the LORD has brought you out of Egypt. ¹⁰You shall therefore keep this ordinance in its season from year to year.

¹⁷You shall observe the feast of unleavened bread; for in this same day I have brought your armies out of the land of Egypt. Therefore you shall observe this day throughout your generations by an ordinance forever.

⁷Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, has been sacrificed in our place. ⁸Therefore let’s keep the feast, not with old yeast, neither with the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

⁴“‘These are the set feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which you shall proclaim in their appointed season. ⁵In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, is the LORD’s Passover.

⁴³The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “This is the ordinance of the Passover. No foreigner shall eat of it,

¹Observe the month of Abib, and keep the Passover to the LORD your God; for in the month of Abib the LORD your God brought you out of Egypt by night.

⁴He has caused his wonderful works to be remembered. The LORD is gracious and merciful.

¹³Your name, LORD, endures forever; your renown, LORD, throughout all generations.
