Song of Solomon 7:4

⁴Your neck is like David’s tower built for an armory, on which a thousand shields hang, all the shields of the mighty men.

¹²Then our sons will be like well-nurtured plants, our daughters like pillars carved to adorn a palace.

⁸Come with me from Lebanon, my bride, with me from Lebanon. Look from the top of Amana, from the top of Senir and Hermon, from the lions’ dens, from the mountains of the leopards. ⁹You have ravished my heart, my sister, my bride. You have ravished my heart with one of your eyes, with one chain of your neck.

³⁹Now the rest of the acts of Ahab, and all that he did, and the ivory house which he built, and all the cities that he built, aren’t they written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Israel?

⁶and Baalath, and all the storage cities that Solomon had, and all the cities for his chariots, the cities for his horsemen, and all that Solomon desired to build for his pleasure in Jerusalem, in Lebanon, and in all the land of his dominion.

²Abram said, “Lord^[+] GOD, what will you give me, since I go childless, and he who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?”

¹⁴His hands are like rings of gold set with beryl. His body is like ivory work overlaid with sapphires. ¹⁵His legs are like pillars of marble set on sockets of fine gold. His appearance is like Lebanon, excellent as the cedars.

¹⁷that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, ¹⁸having the eyes of your hearts^[+] enlightened, that you may know what is the hope of his calling, and what are the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

¹⁰Your cheeks are beautiful with earrings, your neck with strings of jewels.

¹⁸may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, ¹⁹and to know Christ’s love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
