Romans 6:10

²¹For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

⁶For to this end the Good News was preached even to the dead, that they might be judged indeed as men in the flesh, but live as to God in the spirit.

¹⁸Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God, being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit,

¹⁵He died for all, that those who live should no longer live to themselves, but to him who for their sakes died and rose again.

¹¹Thus consider yourselves also to be dead to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

⁷For none of us lives to himself, and none dies to himself. ⁸For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord’s. ⁹For to this end Christ died, rose, and lived again, that he might be Lord of both the dead and the living.

²⁶or else he must have suffered often since the foundation of the world. But now once at the end of the ages, he has been revealed to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. ²⁷Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment, ²⁸so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

³⁸Now he is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for all are alive to him.”

³For what the law couldn’t do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,
