Revelation 21:1

¹⁷“For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things will not be remembered, nor come into mind. ¹⁸But be glad and rejoice forever in that which I create; for, behold, I create Jerusalem to be a delight, and her people a joy. ¹⁹I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and delight in my people; and the voice of weeping and the voice of crying will be heard in her no more.

¹³But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

²²“For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me,” says the LORD, “so your offspring and your name shall remain.

⁵He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” He said, “Write, for these words of God are faithful and true.”

¹⁰But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will be dissolved with fervent heat; and the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.

¹¹I saw a great white throne and him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the sky fled away. There was found no place for them.

¹In that day, the LORD with his hard and great and strong sword will punish leviathan, the fleeing serpent, and leviathan, the twisted serpent; and he will kill the dragon that is in the sea.

³Four great animals came up from the sea, different from one another.

¹Then I stood ^[+] on the sand of the sea. I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns and seven heads. On his horns were ten crowns, and on his heads, blasphemous names.

²⁰But the wicked are like the troubled sea; for it can’t rest and its waters cast up mire and mud.
