Psalms 97:1

¹⁰Say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity. ¹¹Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness!

¹The LORD reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim. Let the earth be moved.

¹³who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love,

⁴Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth! Burst out and sing for joy, yes, sing praises! ⁵Sing praises to the LORD with the harp, with the harp and the voice of melody. ⁶With trumpets and sound of the ram’s horn, make a joyful noise before the King, the LORD.

¹The LORD reigns! He is clothed with majesty! The LORD is armed with strength. The world also is established. It can’t be moved.

¹³Sing, heavens, and be joyful, earth! Break out into singing, mountains! For the LORD has comforted his people, and will have compassion on his afflicted.

¹⁴These shall lift up their voice. They will shout for the majesty of the LORD. They cry aloud from the sea. ¹⁵Therefore glorify the LORD in the east, even the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea! ¹⁶From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs. Glory to the righteous! But I said, “I pine away! I pine away! woe is me!” The treacherous have dealt treacherously. Yes, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

¹¹The LORD will be awesome to them, for he will famish all the gods of the land. Men will worship him, everyone from his place, even all the shores of the nations.

¹⁷saying: “We give you thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the one who is and who was,^[+] because you have taken your great power and reigned.

¹⁰Blessed is the kingdom of our father David that is coming in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
