Psalms 69:29

¹⁴“Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name. ¹⁵He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him. ¹⁶I will satisfy him with long life, and show him my salvation.”

¹⁷But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God.

¹May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble. May the name of the God of Jacob set you up on high,

²²for I am poor and needy. My heart is wounded within me.

⁵But I am poor and needy. Come to me quickly, God. You are my help and my deliverer. LORD, don’t delay.

⁴⁸He rescues me from my enemies. Yes, you lift me up above those who rise up against me. You deliver me from the violent man.

¹Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me.

³¹For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those who judge his soul.

²For he grew up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of dry ground. He has no good looks or majesty. When we see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. ³He was despised and rejected by men, a man of suffering and acquainted with disease. He was despised as one from whom men hide their face; and we didn’t respect him.

²¹far above all rule, authority, power, dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come. ²²He put all things in subjection under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things for the assembly,
