Psalms 29:2

⁸Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts. ⁹Worship the LORD in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth.

²⁸Ascribe to the LORD, you families of the peoples, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength! ²⁹Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come before him. Worship the LORD in holy array.

³Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth.

⁴One thing I have asked of the LORD, that I will seek after: that I may dwell in the LORD’s house all the days of my life, to see the LORD’s beauty, and to inquire in his temple.

⁹For you, LORD, are most high above all the earth. You are exalted far above all gods.

²¹When he had taken counsel with the people, he appointed those who were to sing to the LORD and give praise in holy array as they go out before the army, and say, “Give thanks to the LORD, for his loving kindness endures forever.”

³Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised! His greatness is unsearchable. ⁴One generation will commend your works to another, and will declare your mighty acts. ⁵I will meditate on the glorious majesty of your honor, on your wondrous works. ⁶Men will speak of the might of your awesome acts. I will declare your greatness. ⁷They will utter the memory of your great goodness, and will sing of your righteousness.

¹⁷Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.

³From the rising of the sun to its going down, the LORD’s name is to be praised. ⁴The LORD is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens. ⁵Who is like the LORD, our God, who has his seat on high, ⁶who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth?

⁶Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
