Psalms 29:1

⁷Ascribe to the LORD, you families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. ⁸Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts. ⁹Worship the LORD in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth.

²⁸Ascribe to the LORD, you families of the peoples, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength! ²⁹Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come before him. Worship the LORD in holy array.

¹¹I looked, and I heard something like a voice of many angels around the throne, the living creatures, and the elders. The number of them was ten thousands of ten thousands, and thousands of thousands, ¹²saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who has been killed to receive the power, wealth, wisdom, strength, honor, glory, and blessing!”

¹³I heard every created thing which is in heaven, on the earth, under the earth, on the sea, and everything in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be the blessing, the honor, the glory, and the dominion, forever and ever! Amen!”

^14[+] The four living creatures said, “Amen!” Then the^[+] elders fell down and worshiped.

³¹Princes shall come out of Egypt. Ethiopia shall hurry to stretch out her hands to God. ³²Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth! Sing praises to the Lord—Selah— ³³to him who rides on the heaven of heavens, which are of old; behold, he utters his voice, a mighty voice. ³⁴Ascribe strength to God! His excellency is over Israel, his strength is in the skies.

¹⁶Give glory to the LORD your God, before he causes darkness, and before your feet stumble on the dark mountains, and while you look for light, he turns it into the shadow of death, and makes it deep darkness. ¹⁷But if you will not hear it, my soul will weep in secret for your pride. My eye will weep bitterly, and run down with tears, because the LORD’s flock has been taken captive. ¹⁸Say to the king and to the queen mother, “Humble yourselves. Sit down, for your crowns have come down, even the crown of your glory.

¹²For that nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

¹⁰Now therefore be wise, you kings. Be instructed, you judges of the earth. ¹¹Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. ¹²Give sincere homage to the Son,^[+] lest he be angry, and you perish on the way, for his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all those who take refuge in him.
