Psalms 26:7

¹I will give thanks to the LORD with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works.

¹⁷God, you have taught me from my youth. Until now, I have declared your wondrous works. ¹⁸Yes, even when I am old and gray-haired, God, don’t forsake me, until I have declared your strength to the next generation, your might to everyone who is to come. ¹⁹God, your righteousness also reaches to the heavens. You have done great things. God, who is like you?

⁵I will meditate on the glorious majesty of your honor, on your wondrous works.

¹⁸I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people, ¹⁹in the courts of the LORD’s house, in the middle of you, Jerusalem. Praise the LORD!

²⁷I prayed for this child, and the LORD has given me my petition which I asked of him.

¹²What will I give to the LORD for all his benefits toward me? ¹³I will take the cup of salvation, and call on the LORD’s name. ¹⁴I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people.

⁴to him who alone does great wonders, for his loving kindness endures forever; ⁵to him who by understanding made the heavens, for his loving kindness endures forever;

²Sing to him, sing praises to him! Tell of all his marvelous works.

²⁷Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.

²⁷The LORD is God, and he has given us light. Bind the sacrifice with cords, even to the horns of the altar.
