Psalms 21:1

²looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

²“Where is he who is born King of the Jews? For we saw his star in the east, and have come to worship him.”

⁷The LORD is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With my song I will thank him.

⁷My salvation and my honor is with God. The rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

¹⁶But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress. ¹⁷To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.

⁶“Yet I have set my King on my holy hill of Zion.”

⁵We will triumph in your salvation. In the name of our God, we will set up our banners. May the LORD grant all your requests. ⁶Now I know that the LORD saves his anointed. He will answer him from his holy heaven, with the saving strength of his right hand.

¹⁴The LORD^[+] is my strength and song. He has become my salvation. ¹⁵The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. “The right hand of the LORD does valiantly.

¹¹But the king shall rejoice in God. Everyone who swears by him will praise him, for the mouth of those who speak lies shall be silenced.

⁴The King’s strength also loves justice. You establish equity. You execute justice and righteousness in Jacob.
