Psalms 2:5

⁴but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.

¹⁵Out of his mouth proceeds a sharp, double-edged sword that with it he should strike the nations. He will rule them with an iron rod.He treads the wine press of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty.

⁹You will make them as a fiery furnace in the time of your anger. The LORD will swallow them up in his wrath. The fire shall devour them.

⁵The Lord is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of his wrath. ⁶He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will crush the ruler of the whole earth.

⁴⁹He threw on them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, indignation, and trouble, and a band of angels of evil. ⁵⁰He made a path for his anger. He didn’t spare their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence,

²⁷But bring those enemies of mine who didn’t want me to reign over them here, and kill them before me.’”

¹⁵I am very angry with the nations that are at ease; for I was but a little displeased, but they added to the calamity.”

⁶A voice of tumult from the city, a voice from the temple, a voice of the LORD that repays his enemies what they deserve.

¹⁶He had seven stars in his right hand. Out of his mouth proceeded a sharp two-edged sword. His face was like the sun shining at its brightest.

³³You serpents, you offspring of vipers, how will you escape the judgment of Gehenna?^34[+] Therefore, behold, I send to you prophets, wise men, and scribes. Some of them you will kill and crucify; and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city, ³⁵that on you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zachariah son of Barachiah, whom you killed between the sanctuary and the altar. ³⁶Most certainly I tell you, all these things will come upon this generation.
