Psalms 135:4

⁹But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

¹⁵Only the LORD had a delight in your fathers to love them, and he chose their offspring after them, even you above all peoples, as it is today.

¹⁷They shall be mine,” says the LORD of Armies, “my own possession in the day that I make. I will spare them, as a man spares his own son who serves him.

⁶For you are a holy people to the LORD your God. The LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for his own possession, above all peoples who are on the face of the earth. ⁷The LORD didn’t set his love on you nor choose you, because you were more in number than any people; for you were the fewest of all peoples;

²⁰The animals of the field, the jackals and the ostriches, shall honor me, because I give water in the wilderness and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen, ²¹the people which I formed for myself, that they might declare my praise.

⁸“But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham my friend,

²²For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name’s sake, because it has pleased the LORD to make you a people for himself.

¹⁰Sing and rejoice, daughter of Zion! For behold, I come and I will dwell within you,’ says the LORD. ¹¹Many nations shall join themselves to the LORD in that day, and shall be my people; and I will dwell among you, and you shall know that the LORD of Armies has sent me to you. ¹²The LORD will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.

⁹For the LORD’s portion is his people. Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.

⁶you offspring of Abraham, his servant, you children of Jacob, his chosen ones.
