Psalms 119:167

¹⁶“This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days,” says the Lord, “I will put my laws on their heart, I will also write them on their mind;”then he says,

⁸I delight to do your will, my God. Yes, your law is within my heart.”

²²For I delight in God’s law after the inward person,

²¹One who has my commandments and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him.”

²²Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, “Lord, what has happened that you are about to reveal yourself to us, and not to the world?”

²³Jesus answered him, “If a man loves me, he will keep my word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him. ²⁴He who doesn’t love me doesn’t keep my words. The word which you hear isn’t mine, but the Father’s who sent me.

¹⁵⁹Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, LORD, according to your loving kindness.

⁹Even as the Father has loved me, I also have loved you. Remain in my love. ¹⁰If you keep my commandments, you will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in his love.

¹¹¹I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.

⁹⁷How I love your law! It is my meditation all day.

⁶Then I wouldn’t be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments. ⁷I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments. ⁸I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me. BETH
