Philippians 3:21

²Beloved, now we are children of God. It is not yet revealed what we will be; but we know that when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him just as he is.

⁴When Christ, our life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.

⁴²So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown perishable; it is raised imperishable. ⁴³It is sown in dishonor; it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness; it is raised in power. ⁴⁴It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body and there is also a spiritual body.

⁴⁵So also it is written, “The first man Adam became a living soul.”The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. ⁴⁶However, that which is spiritual isn’t first, but that which is natural, then that which is spiritual. ⁴⁷The first man is of the earth, made of dust. The second man is the Lord from heaven. ⁴⁸As is the one made of dust, such are those who are also made of dust; and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. ⁴⁹As we have borne the image of those made of dust, let’s^[+] also bear the image of the heavenly. ⁵⁰Now I say this, brothers,^[+] that flesh and blood can’t inherit God’s Kingdom; neither does the perishable inherit imperishable.

⁵¹Behold,^[+] I tell you a mystery. We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, ⁵²in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. ⁵³For this perishable body must become imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. ⁵⁴But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”⁵⁵“Death, where is your sting? Hades,^[+] where is your victory?”

⁵⁶The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

²⁹For whom he foreknew, he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.

¹⁹Your dead shall live. Their dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, you who dwell in the dust; for your dew is like the dew of herbs, and the earth will cast out the departed spirits.

²⁴Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection at the last day.”

²⁵Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will still live, even if he dies. ²⁶Whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?”

¹⁸Jesus came to them and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth.

²He was changed^[+] before them. His face shone like the sun, and his garments became as white as the light.

¹⁹and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might ²⁰which he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and made him to sit at his right hand in the heavenly places,

²⁵Most certainly I tell you, the hour comes, and now is, when the dead will hear the Son of God’s voice; and those who hear will live. ²⁶For as the Father has life in himself, even so he gave to the Son also to have life in himself. ²⁷He also gave him authority to execute judgment, because he is a son of man. ²⁸Don’t marvel at this, for the hour comes in which all who are in the tombs will hear his voice ²⁹and will come out; those who have done good, to the resurrection of life; and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
