Matthew 5:9

¹⁴Follow after peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no man will see the Lord,

¹⁶For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. ¹⁷But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. ¹⁸Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

¹⁸If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.

²²But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,

⁶My soul has had her dwelling too long with him who hates peace.

¹⁴For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God.

³⁵But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing back; and your reward will be great, and you will be children of the Most High; for he is kind toward the unthankful and evil.

¹⁷for God’s Kingdom is not eating and drinking, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. ¹⁸For he who serves Christ in these things is acceptable to God and approved by men. ¹⁹So then, let’s follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build one another up.

¹Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children. ²Walk in love, even as Christ also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.

¹¹Finally, brothers, rejoice! Be perfected. Be comforted. Be of the same mind. Live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
