Joshua 11:1

¹⁰Joshua turned back at that time, and took Hazor, and struck its king with the sword; for Hazor used to be the head of all those kingdoms.

⁵Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. I will bring your offspring from the east, and gather you from the west. ⁶I will tell the north, ‘Give them up!’ and tell the south, ‘Don’t hold them back! Bring my sons from far away, and my daughters from the ends of the earth— ⁷everyone who is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory, whom I have formed, yes, whom I have made.’”

³Therefore Adoni-Zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, Piram king of Jarmuth, Japhia king of Lachish, and Debir king of Eglon, saying, ⁴“Come up to me and help me. Let’s strike Gibeon; for they have made peace with Joshua and with the children of Israel.”

¹Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot a vain thing? ²The kings of the earth take a stand, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his Anointed,³“Let’s ^[+] break their bonds apart, and cast their cords from us.” ⁴He who sits in the heavens will laugh. The Lord^[+] will have them in derision.

²The LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor; the captain of whose army was Sisera, who lived in Harosheth of the Gentiles.

¹God, don’t keep silent. Don’t keep silent, and don’t be still, God. ²For, behold, your enemies are stirred up. Those who hate you have lifted up their heads. ³They conspire with cunning against your people. They plot against your cherished ones.

³⁶Adamah, Ramah, Hazor,

¹⁷However Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite; for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.

¹¹LORD, your hand is lifted up, yet they don’t see; but they will see your zeal for the people and be disappointed. Yes, fire will consume your adversaries.

²When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.
