Job 4:16

¹⁶It stood still, but I couldn’t discern its appearance. A form was before my eyes. Silence, then I heard a voice, saying,

¹⁶It stood still, but I could not discern its appearance; a form loomed before my eyes, and I heard a whispering voice:

¹⁶Something stopped, but I couldn't see its face. My eyes could only make out a shape. It was totally quiet, and then I heard a voice:

¹²After the earthquake a fire passed; but the LORD was not in the fire. After the fire, there was a still small voice.
