Job 29:17

¹⁷I broke the jaws of the unrighteous and plucked the prey out of his teeth.

¹⁷And I brake the jaws of the wicked, and plucked the spoil out of his teeth.

¹⁷I shattered the fangs of the unjust and snatched the prey from his teeth.

¹⁷I broke the jaw of the wicked and made them drop their prey from their teeth.

⁷Arise, LORD! Save me, my God! For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. You have broken the teeth of the wicked.

¹⁴There is a generation whose teeth are like swords, and their jaws like knives, to devour the poor from the earth, and the needy from among men.

⁸Let them be like a snail which melts and passes away, like the stillborn child, who has not seen the sun.

³⁵I went out after him, struck him, and rescued it out of his mouth. When he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, struck him, and killed him.

⁶Blessed be the LORD, who has not given us as a prey to their teeth.
