Isaiah 42:12

⁹and that the Gentiles might glorify God for his mercy. As it is written, “Therefore I will give praise to you among the Gentiles and sing to your name.”

¹⁰Again he says, “Rejoice, you Gentiles, with his people.”

¹¹Again, “Praise the Lord, all you Gentiles! Let all the peoples praise him.”

^1[+] Praise the LORD,^[+] all you nations! Extol him, all you peoples! ²For his loving kindness is great toward us. The LORD’s faithfulness endures forever. Praise the LORD!

¹⁵Therefore glorify the LORD in the east, even the name of the LORD, the God of Israel, in the islands of the sea! ¹⁶From the uttermost part of the earth have we heard songs. Glory to the righteous! But I said, “I pine away! I pine away! woe is me!” The treacherous have dealt treacherously. Yes, the treacherous have dealt very treacherously.

⁹After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands. ¹⁰They cried with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

¹¹All the angels were standing around the throne, the elders, and the four living creatures; and they fell on their faces before his throne, and worshiped God, ¹²saying, “Amen! Blessing, glory, wisdom, thanksgiving, honor, power, and might, be to our God forever and ever! Amen.”

¹⁸“For I know their works and their thoughts. The time comes that I will gather all nations and languages, and they will come, and will see my glory.

¹⁹“I will set a sign among them, and I will send those who escape of them to the nations, to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud, who draw the bow, to Tubal and Javan, to far-away islands, who have not heard my fame, nor have seen my glory; and they shall declare my glory among the nations.

²⁷All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the LORD. All the relatives of the nations shall worship before you.

⁴He will not fail nor be discouraged, until he has set justice in the earth, and the islands wait for his law.”

⁹They sang a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the book and to open its seals, for you were killed, and bought us for God with your blood out of every tribe, language, people, and nation, ¹⁰and made us kings and priests to our God; and we will reign on the earth.”

³Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples. ⁴For the LORD is great, and greatly to be praised! He is to be feared above all gods. ⁵For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the LORD made the heavens. ⁶Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. ⁷Ascribe to the LORD, you families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. ⁸Ascribe to the LORD the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts. ⁹Worship the LORD in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth. ¹⁰Say among the nations, “The LORD reigns.” The world is also established. It can’t be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.
