Isaiah 30:24

⁶For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are yet five years, in which there will be no plowing and no harvest.

⁴You shall not muzzle the ox when he treads out the grain.

^12[+] His winnowing fork is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his threshing floor. He will gather his wheat into the barn, but the chaff he will burn up with unquenchable fire.”

²¹“Six days you shall work, but on the seventh day you shall rest: in plowing time and in harvest you shall rest.

⁹For it is written in the law of Moses, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain.”Is it for the oxen that God cares, ¹⁰or does he say it assuredly for our sake? Yes, it was written for our sake, because he who plows ought to plow in hope, and he who threshes in hope should partake of his hope.

⁴The elders of that city shall bring the heifer down to a valley with running water, which is neither plowed nor sown, and shall break the heifer’s neck there in the valley.

¹⁷His winnowing fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly cleanse his threshing floor, and will gather the wheat into his barn; but he will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”

¹²He will appoint them to him for captains of thousands and captains of fifties; and he will assign some to plow his ground and to reap his harvest; and to make his instruments of war and the instruments of his chariots.
