Hebrews 2:3

²⁸A man who disregards Moses’ law dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses. ²⁹How much worse punishment do you think he will be judged worthy of who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?

²⁵See that you don’t refuse him who speaks. For if they didn’t escape when they refused him who warned on the earth, how much more will we not escape who turn away from him who warns from heaven,

⁹Having been made perfect, he became to all of those who obey him the author of eternal salvation,

¹²There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”

¹⁷For the time has come for judgment to begin with the household of God. If it begins first with us, what will happen to those who don’t obey the Good News of God? ¹⁸“If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will happen to the ungodly and the sinner?”

³Do you think this, O man who judges those who practice such things, and do the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?

¹⁵But he rebelled against him in sending his ambassadors into Egypt, that they might give him horses and many people. Will he prosper? Will he who does such things escape? Will he break the covenant, and still escape?

¹⁰They cried with a loud voice, saying, “Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

¹¹Let’s therefore give diligence to enter into that rest, lest anyone fall after the same example of disobedience.

¹⁶For God so loved the world, that he gave his only born^[+] Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. ¹⁷For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him. ¹⁸He who believes in him is not judged. He who doesn’t believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only born Son of God.
