Hebrews 10:37

⁷Be patient therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient over it, until it receives the early and late rain. ⁸You also be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.

⁹Don’t grumble, brothers, against one another, so that you won’t be judged. Behold, the judge stands at the door.

³For the vision is yet for the appointed time, and it hurries toward the end, and won’t prove false. Though it takes time, wait for it, because it will surely come. It won’t delay. ⁴Behold, his soul is puffed up. It is not upright in him, but the righteous will live by his faith.

⁸I tell you that he will avenge them quickly. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

²⁰Come, my people, enter into your rooms, and shut your doors behind you. Hide yourself for a little moment, until the indignation is past.

²²The little one will become a thousand, and the small one a strong nation. I, the LORD, will do this quickly in its time.”

²⁰He who testifies these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon.” Amen! Yes, come, Lord Jesus!

⁸But don’t forget this one thing, beloved, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

³and said to him, “Are you he who comes, or should we look for another?”
