Genesis 19:12

¹The LORD said to Noah, “Come with all of your household into the ship, for I have seen your righteousness before me in this generation.

⁴I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, that you have no participation in her sins, and that you don’t receive of her plagues,

⁷and delivered righteous Lot, who was very distressed by the lustful life of the wicked

⁹then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptation and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment,

²²Joshua said to the two men who had spied out the land, “Go into the prostitute’s house, and bring the woman and all that she has out from there, as you swore to her.” ²³The young men who were spies went in, and brought out Rahab with her father, her mother, her brothers, and all that she had. They also brought out all of her relatives, and they set them outside of the camp of Israel.

²⁶He spoke to the congregation, saying, “Depart, please, from the tents of these wicked men, and touch nothing of theirs, lest you be consumed in all their sins!”

¹⁷It came to pass, when they had taken them out, that he said, “Escape for your life! Don’t look behind you, and don’t stay anywhere in the plain. Escape to the mountains, lest you be consumed!”

¹⁴Lot went out, and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters, and said, “Get up! Get out of this place, for the LORD will destroy the city!” But he seemed to his sons-in-law to be joking.

²²Hurry, escape there, for I can’t do anything until you get there.” Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.

³⁹I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear me forever, for their good and the good of their children after them.
