Galatians 3:27

¹⁴But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, for its lusts.

¹³For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body, whether Jews or Greeks, whether bond or free; and were all given to drink into one Spirit.

³Or don’t you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? ⁴We were buried therefore with him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.

²¹This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you—not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God—through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,

²⁴and put on the new man, who in the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of truth.

¹⁰and have put on the new man, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator,

³⁸Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

¹⁰and in him you are made full, who is the head of all principality and power. ¹¹In him you were also circumcised with a circumcision not made with hands, in the putting off of the body of the sins of the flesh, in the circumcision of Christ, ¹²having been buried with him in baptism, in which you were also raised with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead.

²²even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ to all and on all those who believe. For there is no distinction,

¹⁴I put on righteousness, and it clothed me. My justice was as a robe and a diadem.
