Colossians 2:18
WEB
18Let no one rob you of your prize by self-abasement and worshiping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he has not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
KJV
18Let no
man
beguile
you of your
reward
in a
voluntary
humility
and
worshipping of
angels, intruding
into those things
which he
hath
not
seen,
vainly puffed
up
by
his
fleshly
mind,
BSB
18 Do not let anyone who delights in false humility and the worship of angels disqualify you with speculation about what he has seen. Such a person is puffed up without basis by his unspiritual mind.
FBV
18Don't let anyone cheat you out of your prize by insisting you have to beat yourself, or worship angels. They think they are better than anyone else because of visions they say they've had, and become ridiculously conceited in their sinful minds.
