Acts 10:35

²⁹If you know that he is righteous, you know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.

²a devout man, and one who feared God with all his house, who gave gifts for the needy generously to the people, and always prayed to God.

¹²For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. ¹³For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

¹¹where there can’t be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondservant, or free person; but Christ is all, and in all.

⁹He made no distinction between us and them, cleansing their hearts by faith.

¹Having therefore these promises, beloved, let’s cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

³Let no foreigner who has joined himself to the LORD speak, saying, “The LORD will surely separate me from his people.” Do not let the eunuch say, “Behold, I am a dry tree.” ⁴For the LORD says, “To the eunuchs who keep my Sabbaths, choose the things that please me, and hold fast to my covenant, ⁵I will give them in my house and within my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters. I will give them an everlasting name that will not be cut off. ⁶Also the foreigners who join themselves to the LORD to serve him, and to love the LORD’s name, to be his servants, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant, ⁷I will bring these to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples.” ⁸The Lord GOD, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, “I will yet gather others to him, in addition to his own who are gathered.”

¹³This is the end of the matter. All has been heard. Fear God and keep his commandments; for this is the whole duty of man.

⁷The fear of the LORD ^[+] is the beginning of knowledge, but the foolish despise wisdom and instruction.

⁶By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for. By the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.
