2 Samuel 10:12

¹³Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong!

⁶Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them, for the LORD your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.”

¹⁸Samuel told him every bit, and hid nothing from him. He said, “It is the LORD. Let him do what seems good to him.”

⁶So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”

¹⁴I looked, and rose up, and said to the nobles, to the rulers, and to the rest of the people, “Don’t be afraid of them! Remember the Lord, who is great and awesome, and fight for your brothers, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses.”

⁹Be strong and behave like men, O you Philistines, that you not be servants to the Hebrews, as they have been to you. Strengthen yourselves like men, and fight!”

¹⁵The children of Israel said to the LORD, “We have sinned! Do to us whatever seems good to you; only deliver us, please, today.”

¹³Be courageous, and let’s be strong for our people and for the cities of our God. May the LORD do that which seems good to him.”

²⁰and what the land is, whether it is fertile or poor, whether there is wood therein, or not. Be courageous, and bring some of the fruit of the land.” Now the time was the time of the first-ripe grapes.

¹²The men of the garrison answered Jonathan and his armor bearer, and said, “Come up to us, and we will show you something!” Jonathan said to his armor bearer, “Come up after me, for the LORD has delivered them into the hand of Israel.”
