2 Samuel 10:11

²Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

^1[+] Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of the weak, and not to please ourselves.

⁹The children of Ammon came out, and put the battle in array at the gate of the city; and the kings who had come were by themselves in the field.

¹⁰Now when Joab saw that the battle was set against him before and behind, he chose some of all the choice men of Israel, and put them in array against the Syrians. ¹¹The rest of the people he committed into the hand of Abishai his brother; and they put themselves in array against the children of Ammon. ¹²He said, “If the Syrians are too strong for me, then you are to help me; but if the children of Ammon are too strong for you, then I will help you.

³²but I prayed for you, that your faith wouldn’t fail. You, when once you have turned again, establish your brothers.”

²⁰Wherever you hear the sound of the trumpet, rally there to us. Our God will fight for us.”

²⁷Only let your way of life be worthy of the Good News of Christ, that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your state, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving for the faith of the Good News; ²⁸and in nothing frightened by the adversaries, which is for them a proof of destruction, but to you of salvation, and that from God.
