2 Corinthians 7:15

¹²So then, my beloved, even as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

⁹For to this end I also wrote, that I might know the proof of you, whether you are obedient in all things.

¹⁷But whoever has the world’s goods and sees his brother in need, then closes his heart of compassion against him, how does God’s love remain in him?

¹⁴If any man doesn’t obey our word in this letter, note that man and have no company with him, to the end that he may be ashamed.

²⁹He called for lights, sprang in, fell down trembling before Paul and Silas,

⁹Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together to Jerusalem within the three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month; and all the people sat in the wide place in front of God’s house, trembling because of this matter, and because of the great rain.

²For my hand has made all these things, and so all these things came to be,” says the LORD: “but I will look to this man, even to he who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at my word.

¹²⁰My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments. AYIN

⁴My beloved thrust his hand in through the latch opening. My heart pounded for him.

⁵throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, ⁶and being in readiness to avenge all disobedience when your obedience is made full.
