1 Corinthians 3:1

¹³For everyone who lives on milk is not experienced in the word of righteousness, for he is a baby.

¹⁴Now the natural man doesn’t receive the things of God’s Spirit, for they are foolishness to him; and he can’t know them, because they are spiritually discerned. ¹⁵But he who is spiritual discerns all things, and he himself is to be judged by no one.

¹³until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, ¹⁴that we may no longer be children, tossed back and forth and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error;

²⁰Brothers, don’t be children in thoughts, yet in malice be babies, but in thoughts be mature.

⁶We speak wisdom, however, among those who are full grown, yet a wisdom not of this world nor of the rulers of this world who are coming to nothing.

¹²I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

¹⁴For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am fleshly, sold under sin.

²³But he turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me, for you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of men.”

¹Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted.

³for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren’t you fleshly, and don’t you walk in the ways of men? ⁴For when one says, “I follow Paul,” and another, “I follow Apollos,” aren’t you fleshly?
