1 Corinthians 15:41

³Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all you shining stars! ⁴Praise him, you heavens of heavens, you waters that are above the heavens. ⁵Let them praise the LORD’s name, for he commanded, and they were created.

²³Then the moon will be confounded, and the sun ashamed; for the LORD of Armies will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem; and glory will be before his elders.

¹⁹and lest you lift up your eyes to the sky, and when you see the sun and the moon and the stars, even all the army of the sky, you are drawn away and worship them, and serve them, which the LORD your God has allotted to all the peoples under the whole sky.

¹⁴God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs to mark seasons, days, and years;

²⁶if I have seen the sun when it shined, or the moon moving in splendor,

³When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have ordained,

⁴Their voice has gone out through all the earth, their words to the end of the world. In them he has set a tent for the sun, ⁵which is as a bridegroom coming out of his room, like a strong man rejoicing to run his course. ⁶His going out is from the end of the heavens, his circuit to its ends. There is nothing hidden from its heat.
